For over 70 years, the Boys & Girls Clubs of North San Mateo County have been a community staple and a positive, driving force for youth development and academic empowerment. Today, we are elevating our legacy by ensuring that our Youth’s future academic success and a future in today’s workforce is equal and accessible to all youth in Pacifica.
Vision & Mission
Boys & Girls Clubs of North San Mateo County strives to empower youth by fostering academic success, 21st-century skills, and post-secondary education plans. They also promote values, healthy choices, and physical activity, aiming to develop well-rounded individuals who contribute positively to their communities as leaders and global citizens.

Our Diverse Programs
College & Career Pathways
Providing middle and high school Club members with the opportunity to explore college and career options.
Hands on Banking
Teaching financial responsibility and independence by building basic money management skill, and helping college bound students to finance their college careers.
diplomas2Degrees (d2D)
d2D is a college readiness program for Club members, supporting their high school graduation and preparing them for post-secondary education and career success.
Junior Staff
Junior Staff is a Boys & Girls Club program offering teens a work-based learning experience in youth development. It provides hands-on experience, essential workplace skills.
