CareerLaunch Part of a Boys & Girls Clubs of America’s national movement to increase students’ academic success, high school graduation rates, goal-setting, college readiness, and career and job readiness, CareerLaunch is designed to guide youth as they explore, plan, and prepare for a successful career. This job-readiness and career-exploration program for teens offers a variety of activities to hone decision-making, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. This comprehensive program introduces young people to the world of work by providing the tools they need to prepare for a first job, the chance to explore various careers based on their interests and talents, and a map to the educational and training path needed to achieve that career.
diplomas2Degrees (d2D) A college readiness program that guides Club members as they work toward high school graduation and prepare for post-secondary education and career success. d2D helps teens develop both short and long-term goals, while familiarizing them with post-secondary education through experiences like college tours. It also assists youth in securing financial aid and fosters supportive relationships with adults who can provide support throughout the college experience.
Junior Staff (Coordinators-In-Training Program) A practical small-group program that assists Club teens in exploring a career in youth development or other human services, with a focus on Boys & Girls Club work.
