MANDY LIPP | EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Mandy Lipp is a seasoned leader in Early and Adolescent Youth Development, skilled in organizational management and community outreach. Mandy has effectively revitalized and grown non-profit youth programs throughout the Bay Area by strengthening systems and structure, evaluating and improving program outcomes, coaching staff, and employing and modeling best practices of relationship development. Mandy is passionate in providing high-quality, enriching programs to all youth, focusing on academic success with hands-on learning experiences.
TINA HAYNES | PROGRAMS DIRECTOR
Tina Haynes has been working with young people for 7 years. Tina specializes in providing high quality programs that focus on skill building, relationship development, and preparing kids for the next stage in their life. Tina joined the Boys & Girls Clubs in 2024, overseeing the Site Supervisors and all program operations at the Clubs.
ALYSSA GARRIS | DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
Alyssa Garris is a community advocate and leader in San Mateo County. Prior to arriving at the Clubs, Alyssa focused her efforts on supporting young adults from disadvantaged backgrounds find stable living and college opportunities. Alyssa joined the Clubs in 2024, she focuses her efforts on fundraising and community outreach.
